Conference Terms & Conditions

  1. Conference bookings and payment may be reviewed manually. Where more than one ticket has been allocated at no cost, AFRA will invoice that business for any further unpaid tickets.
  2. Members may cancel their conference booking without cost up to and including 10th July. Cancellations after that time and before 5pm AEST Friday 28th July (AEST) a 50% refund will be given. Conference bookings cancelled after 5pm AEST 28th July are non-refundable. 
  3. You authorise AFRA to share your name, business name and email details with other delegates for the purposes of networking.
  4. You authorise AFRA to post digital images on its social media sites, its website, and to use any images in future marketing materials.
  5. Accommodation bookings are between attendees and Hamilton Island and subject to Hamilton Island's own terms and conditions.
